Lovely home in a gret setting. Well appointed and very comfortable for a long term stay. We rented a golf cart from Fountain Hills and it was a great way to get around the community. Joel was a great host, very easy to work with and responsive.
Joel was a very responsive and friendly host and he answered all of my questions. I found out that we are both from Michigan. The townhouse was actually nicer than the photos. The furniture was nice & the mattresses were very comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything like linens, towels, dishes, spices, cleaning supplies, etc. It was nice to be able to eat at the country club with stunning Mountain View’s. The pool, hot tub & fitness center were nice amenities. Tonto Verde is surrounded by the Tonto National Forest, McDowell Mountain Park, and the Pima-Maricopa Indian Reservation and has beautiful views. My in-laws live here and it is worth the drive.
