Our spacious master bedroom houses a comfortable king bed. A queen bed awaits in the guest room, while the third bedroom features two twin beds, easily adjustable into a king bed. For your remote work or study needs, we offer a large office space equipped with a queen sofa bed for two more guests.

As a well-guarded community, we provide a one-car garage for our guests, accompanied by ample guest parking.

Take a relaxing walk around the lake and fountain or engage your adventurous side with a 9-mile strenuous hike. Numerous trails are conveniently reachable within a 10-15 minute drive. Golfers can savour their sport in a backdrop of alluring topography and magnificent views on the various golf courses situated within a five-mile radius.

Situated on the second floor, the unit provides an in-house stairway leading from the garage. Immerse in our communal swimming pool and hot tub. Please note that the pool is not heated from December 1 - February 28, although the spa is heated throughout the year.

The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
